Watts Group Investments Limited is the parent Company to a number of companies specialising in the Property Development and Building Sector. Over the years these companies have obtained a wealth of experience in all aspects of Design, Building, Construction, and Property. As such they have now formed a multi-disciplined Group capable of performing in any area of the industry.

  2. Verano Properties Limited: incorporating civil works and subdivisional works and developments.
  3. Tairua Marine Limited: incorporating a 95 berth marina complex at Tairua in the Coromandel complete with Villas, Apartments and Commercial Building.
  4. Vesty Holdings Limited: incorporating a reesidential subdivision at Pauanui, also in the Coromandel.
  5. Cobalt Interiors Limited: a company specialising in interior fitouts for commercial purposes.
  6. Sanctuary Properties Pty Limited: approximately fifteen years ago the Group expanded to Queensland, Australia and is trading as Sanctuary Properties Pty Limited, a property development company.
The property and construction companies originally formed in 1984 have completed in excess of three hundred and fifty projects, of which approximately one third of them have been completed on a Design and Construct basis.
