Redevelopment of the existing Tairua Marina
A 95 berth redevelopment of the existing Tairua Marina is proposed for this site, situated at the base of Paku Hill in close proximity to the harbour entrance.
Neccessary applications have been lodged with Environment Waikato and Thames Coromandel District Council, with consent granted but subject to appeal to the Environment Court, a hearing is expected in the second quarter of 2010.
